IMPORTANT NOTE
Please start the modules early. If you wait until Thursday or Friday the system could be slow. There are a lot of officials trying to complete this before the clinic. The earlier you start the better chance you have of completing the modules before you attend a clinic.

What to do when only one email address with multiple users:
You can only use one email address for each person. You can not use the same email address for two different people. If you only have one email address for the family, you can either create a new email using hotmail, yahoo, or your internet provider. You can also put a number at the end of the email address. For example This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   and This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The system does not check if the email address is active, however if we send out an email to everyone the emails that are not active will not receive the email.

If you complete the modules under another official's name, it will not register the modules to you and will show you as still not having completed them.

If you need help in starting and signing up for your eHockey account please call 877-288-6421 (Eastern Time Zone) or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Please indicate SHA Officiating Module in the title of your email.
