Do I need to pre-register for an officials clinic?
No, officials will register and pay there fees at the clinic. For registration fees check out the "REGISTRATION" section.  REGISTRATION 

I am having black squares freeze on the screen while I am trying to do my modules. How do I get around this?
Option1) Try downloading Adobe Reader 9. If you are using a Mac try to download Adobe Reader 10. Click on the link below for the Adobe Reader.

Option 2) Click on the "Next" button located on the bottm right of the screen. This will bring you to the next screen. Now hit "Previous" on the bottom left of the screen. You may have to do this twice but it ussually unfreezes the blocks.

I am having trouble printing my certificate. How do I print the certificate?
To print the certificate click on the printer icon located on the top right of the computer screen. You print the certificate the same way as printing a screen when you are on the internet. The "PLEASE PRINT" button is just a reminder button and it will not print the certificate.

How old do I have to be to become an official?
The suggested age is 12 years old.

Do all officials new and returning have to do the on-line learning?
Yes, all officials across the province have to complete the on-line learning. The on-line learning has helped Saskatchewan to go to half day clinics, which allows us to offer on-ice clinics immediately following the classroom clinic in some locations.
